Grapesoda Studio Workspace (the "Application") is a private, single-user productivity tool built and operated by Grapesoda Studio ("we", "us"). By using the Application, the operator agrees to these terms.
The Application is for the exclusive use of the operator of Grapesoda Studio. It is not licensed or made available to the public, and no third party is granted any right to use it.
The Application accesses Google services (Gmail, Calendar, Tasks, Drive, Docs, Sheets and Contacts) solely to provide assistant features to the operator, in accordance with the Google API Services User Data Policy and the accompanying Privacy Policy.
The Application is provided "as is", without warranty of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted or error-free.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Grapesoda Studio accepts no liability for any loss or damage arising from use of the Application.
These terms may be updated from time to time; the current version will always be posted on this page.
