A private assistant application for Grapesoda Studio

Grapesoda Studio Workspace is a personal productivity tool built and operated by Grapesoda Studio. It connects to the operator's own Google account to help manage day-to-day work — email, calendar, tasks, documents and contacts. It is not a commercial product, is not offered to the public, and has a single user: the operator of Grapesoda Studio.

What the application does

• Organises, searches and triages the operator's Gmail inbox, and prepares or sends emails on the operator's behalf.
• Manages the operator's Google Calendar — events, scheduling and reminders.
• Tracks to-do lists and tasks via Google Tasks.
• Reads and edits documents, spreadsheets and files in Google Drive, Docs and Sheets as the operator directs.
• Looks up contact details needed to complete the above.

Why it asks for access to Google services

To provide these features, the application requests access — with the operator's explicit consent — to the operator's Google services: Gmail, Google Calendar, Google Tasks, Google Drive, Google Docs, Google Sheets and Google Contacts. This access is used only to deliver the features described on this page, for the operator alone. It is never used for advertising, profiling, or any purpose unrelated to assisting the operator, and no data is ever sold or shared with third parties.
